Jackie was one of the most wonderful women I've ever met in my life. Born in Ireland and raised in the US. We were blessed with her 5yrs. ago when she met my father in law. It was love at first site. Our Family welcomed her with open arms. She had the most fabulous outlook on life. She lit up the room when she walked in. My children took to her immediately. What an impact she had on our lives. I know it sounds like such a short period of time, but you had to know her to understand. Jackie had been diagnosed with breast cancer 15 yrs. ago and had suffered with different types since then. Never in that time did she ever forget those around her. Never a complaint, Never a pesimistic thought. She was determined to fight till the end! That's just what she did. Jackie spent several wks. in and out of the hospital in the end, however let me tell you that courage she had shown 15 yrs. ago as I'm told she still carried with her. Complete and utter determination to beat this evil disease. The one that haunts so many. She lost her battle a day before her Birthday of this year. I, however will not only keep here memory alive but also do what I can to never give up on a cure for cancer. Jackie is no longer fighting for her life, but is living without pain. A women of God, An Angel in Heaven with wings... Never to be forgotten and always to be Loved!
